Our work on the Rauma centre vision is entering its most dynamic phase, with completion on the horizon this spring. We're deep in stakeholder interaction, conducting interviews and building sense-making maps that help us understand how different perspectives and needs connect.
We have been commissioned by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Education and Culture to explore the opportunities that cultural diplomacy could unlock for Finland. In today's turbulent global landscape, soft power matters more than ever. More on this soon.
Our self-initiated research project asks a question we think deserves more serious attention: how do you invest in a better city? We're exploring alternative, sustainable, and more creative approaches to building longer-term value and urban vitality. We're drawing on examples across the Nordics, the Baltics, and Central Europe, with first field explorations currently underway in Tallinn, Estonia.
We're developing new models that help developers bring in the voices of people and local stakeholders at the very beginning of a project, before the what is even on the table. Our role is to help find the why: the purpose, values, and community needs that should shape what gets built. The first applications are underway this spring in collaboration with Urbanizator, an independent property developer.
We'll also be announcing new strategic partnerships around creative economy and urban strategy. Watch this space.
